Kommune Beeswax Wrap

Handmade with ❤ in Malaysia, Kommune beeswax wraps are a great alternative to replace single-use plastic cling film to keep your food fresh. Made from 100% cotton, it is coated with natural beeswax, pine rosin and jojoba oil. Our Beeswax Wraps are washable and reusable. It will last for up to a year with proper care.

How to use: Beeswax wraps will feel slightly stiff and sticky at first, this is because the wraps are made from natural beeswax. Simply knead into a ball and use the heat from your hands to activate the wrap and form it around a dish or food. We do not recommend you to use the wrap directly on raw meat to prevent bacterial contamination. You may place the raw meat in a bowl and cover it with Kommune Beeswax Wrap.

Keep away from heat: Kindly keep wraps away from heat, such as hot water, ovens, microwaves and dishwashers. How to keep: Wash with cool water and air dry. Use a soft sponge and mild dish soap if required. Store in dry/shady place. If the wraps are not being used for long periods of time, we recommend you to store them in the fridge.
